You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Liga788 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The results of all games and sporting events on the Platform are final and binding, subject to the resolution procedures set out in these Terms and the specific game or sports betting rules applicable to each product. In the event of a manifest error, system failure, or obvious pricing mistake (including instances where clearly incorrect odds are displayed), Liga788 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Liga788 aims to maintain a platform uptime of 99.9%. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. Liga788 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
Liga788 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of RM100. Withdrawal minimums mirror deposit minimums. DuitNow and e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) deposits are credited to your Liga788 account instantly. FPX and online banking transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer during periods of high blockchain congestion.
Withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.
Withdrawals will only be processed where the following conditions are met: (i) your KYC verification is complete; (ii) all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled; (iii) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit; and (iv) your account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes or compliance flags.
Liga788 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used to fund the account, up to the amount originally deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and comply with our regulatory obligations.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by Liga788 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet caps, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the point of promotion and should be read carefully before claiming any offer.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. Different promotions carry different wagering requirements — typically ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus amount on Liga788. Meeting the wagering requirement on slots (100% contribution) is significantly faster than on table games (10–20% contribution).
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a maximum bet of MYR 250 per round or stake applies while bonus funds are active. Placing bets above this threshold while using bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus funds and the obligation to meet associated wagering requirements will expire on the date specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts and cannot be reinstated. Typical expiry windows on Liga788 are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting.
Liga788 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play; and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotions voided and may be permanently closed.
Participation in the Liga788 VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP Elite tiers) is subject to separate programme terms. Liga788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Programme at any time. Points balances may be reset upon account inactivity exceeding 90 consecutive days.
All sports bets placed on Liga788 are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, as displayed within the Platform. Bets are confirmed only when a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed on markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other competitions are subject to the specific settlement rules for those competitions.
Liga788 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as professional or high-volume bettors. The acceptance of a bet does not constitute an obligation to accept future bets of the same type or value.
In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow for odds updates. Bets placed during this delay may be accepted at revised odds or declined. Liga788 makes reasonable efforts to ensure live odds reflect current game conditions but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy in all circumstances.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of live table events (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins). Liga788 accepts no liability for game results subject to published RTP rates.

Liga788's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Liga788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where Liga788 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to Liga788 or other users. In such cases, Liga788 may freeze the Account balance pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all withdrawal conditions have been satisfied.
If you request account closure for responsible gambling reasons, Liga788 will action the closure immediately and may apply a mandatory cooling-off period before the account can be reopened. In the event of a dispute between you and Liga788, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Liga788 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 5 business days of receipt.
